Collorelle di ricotta (Fried
dough finger with honey and cinnamon)
Ingredients
100 grams flour,
100 grams sugar,
2 egg yolks,
500 grams ricotta,
oil,
honey,
cinnamon,
grated orange rind
Directions
Mix flour, egg yolks, ricotta, sugar and orange rind. Prepare
fingers and fry in oil. When cooled add melted honey and cinnamon.
