TASTING CLASSES
After attending a gastronomic course, you will be able to appreciate the taste of the best sicilian cheeses and olive oils.
The courses will be divided into two parts:
1. classification of oils and cheeses – different kinds of oil and cheese on the market, their values and defects.
2. the sensory analysis – how your senses can help you identify cheeses and oils.
The courses are given by an expert member of the national taster association. You will receive a participating certificate given by the Region of Sicily and a bottle of oil as a gift.
