OLGA & ENZO DAIRY

In Sant’Angelo Muxaro you will visit a family management cheese maker: a couple Olga and Enzo with the two sons and the old grandfather. They have 400 sheep and draw milk from them still by hands.
You will see how they cook the Ricotta Cheese and Pecorino Cheese (with, with black pepper, with red pepper, pistachio, etc.).
It is really nice to see also that every morning, people from the village come at the cheese maker place to buy fresh ricotta and cheese!
