CAFFE' SICILIA

Caffè Sicilia was founded in 1892, in the wealthy and opulent town of those days that was Noto, as a factory of Nutmeg and Marmalade. Since then, the quality of the products has been an indefeasible creed for the pastry cook generations that have succeeded in the management of the firm laboratories.
The numerous honours conferred in the principal national and international expositions of the beginning of the 20th cent., the award of the title of Official Provider of the Royal House of Italy, the uninterrupted interest of the world press, specialized et non, in this last part of the millennium, testify that the rigorous selection of the raw material, the delicacy of the preparations and the accuracy of the manufacturing have maintained an high quality level of the products during the past century. Nowadays the firm produces various specialties of which the entire cycle of manufacturing is made in their own production laboratories.
